NYC2A respects visitor privacy and collects only information reasonably needed to operate the website, memberships, petitions, communications and site security.

When you sign a petition or contact NYC2A, you may provide your name, email address, city, state and other information you choose to submit. Petition email addresses are not displayed publicly. If you choose anonymous public display, administrators may still retain submitted information for validation, duplicate prevention and petition administration.
Payments
Membership payments are processed by PayPal. NYC2A does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website. PayPal applies its own privacy and security practices to payment processing.
Technical information
The website and its security services may process IP addresses, browser information, cookies and similar technical information for security, reliability, analytics and abuse prevention.
Sharing and retention
NYC2A does not sell petition signer information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, security, communications or payment processing, or when required by law.
